Terms and Conditions Garage Door Install and Repair
Clear and Accessible Garage Area
The Customer must ensure that the garage area is clear of obstacles and fully accessible prior to the technician’s arrival. This allows the technician to safely reach and work on the motor, tracks, and door panels without obstruction.
Dedicated Electrical Outlet
The Customer is responsible for providing a dedicated wall outlet near the motor’s installation site (as specified by the Customer). This outlet must be properly installed and exclusively used for the garage door motor, since technicians will not install new electrical outlets or wiring during the service visit.
Framing Work
The Company does not perform any framing or structural modifications during the service visit. The technician will take any necessary measurements and provide them to the Customer, but it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange and complete all required framing before the installation appointment.
Torsion Spring Warranty
All torsion springs installed by the Company include a warranty covering the spring part itself. If a torsion spring fails and needs replacement under this warranty, the spring part will be provided at no charge; however, any labor or service fees for replacing the spring are not covered and remain the Customer’s responsibility. The Company will complete the warranty registration on the Customer’s behalf after the installation is finished.
Manuals and Accessories
Upon completion of the job, the technician will leave with the Customer all product manuals, remote controls, and any other accessories related to the installation. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep these materials for future reference, maintenance guidance, and warranty claims.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation via text, email, or phone. If cancellation is not confirmed by the company within this timeframe, or notice is given under 24 hours, the full dispatch fee remains in effect.
Service Fees
Door Conversions and Full Door Installations
A deposit is required following the on-site evaluation, once the product options and accessories are presented and agreed upon.
Emergency Service Fees
Emergency fees must be paid in advance.
These fees are charged at a flat rate and may vary based on the nature and urgency of the required repair.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or check.
Parts and Shipping Delays
Parts are sourced through third-party suppliers, and shipping timelines may vary.
Any delays in part delivery can affect the overall turnaround time.
Further scheduling depends on the estimated arrival of parts; exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
On-Site Presence
A representative or individual familiar with the repair issue must be present on site at the scheduled appointment time.
This ensures our technician can address any questions and relay all necessary information for the service.
Arrival Times
We do not guarantee specific arrival times. Delays may occur due to traffic and travel conditions.
Please ensure someone is present during the agreed-upon service window.
Dispatch Fees
If no one is available on site at the scheduled time, the dispatch fee is non-refundable.
Any missed appointment is considered a no-show, and the full dispatch fee will still apply.
